Journey Visionary Work

For trauma release through distance or in-person healing, the practitioner serves as a guide and energy conduit, utilizing shamanic journeying to access unseen realms. Through this process, stagnant energy is shifted and transmuted, facilitating deep healing and transformation for the recipient.

How to Journey Through the Daoist Worlds &Wisdom Traditions

1. Preparation
  • Find a sacred space: Choose a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
  • Breathwork (Daoist Breathing): Deep belly breathing to calm the mind and center yourself.
  • Qi Cultivation: Lightly circulate energy through the Microcosmic Orbit to activate your energy body.
  • Intention Setting: Determine your purpose—healing, guidance, or wisdom-seeking.

2. Entering Trance (Shamanic State)
  • Use drumming, rattling, chanting, or Daoist visualization techniques to shift consciousness.
  • Inner Smile Meditation: Smile into your heart, lungs, and Dan Tian to create an open energy field.
  • Cloud Riding Visualization: Picture yourself riding a dragon, cloud, or crane, a common Daoist vehicle for journeying.

3. Journey to the Lower World
  • Visualize descending into a cave, a sacred well, or a tree’s roots.
  • Feel yourself moving deeper into the earth, entering a landscape filled with ancestors and animal spirits.
  • Seek guidance, healing, or messages from ancestors, underground rivers, or hidden guardians.
  • When finished, express gratitude and slowly ascend.

4. Journey to the Middle World
  • Feel yourself fully present in your body, sensing energy in trees, mountains, rivers, and your surroundings.
  • You can call upon nature spirits, land guardians, and celestial forces to interact with their energy.
  • Use this realm for energy healing, working with spirits, and harmonizing with your present life.
  • Return gently by refocusing on your breath and surroundings.

5. Journey to the Upper World
  • Visualize yourself rising on a dragon, crane, or cloud, ascending through the sky.
  • Pass through layers of mist, golden light, or celestial gates.
  • Arrive in the realm of immortal sages, deities, and celestial guides.
  • Ask for wisdom, insight, or spiritual activation.
  • To return, descend gently with controlled breathwork, bringing the wisdom into your body.

6. Returning and Integrating
  • Slowly bring awareness back to your physical body.
  • Seal the journey by grounding (placing hands on your lower Dan Tian, below the navel).
  • Drink tea or water to integrate the experience.
  • Journal insights, visions, or messages.

Preparation for Shamanic Journeying

Before embarking on a healing journey, the practitioner engages in a sacred preparation process. This may include grounding techniques, intention setting, energetic alignment, and connecting with spiritual guides. By creating a clear and protected space, the practitioner ensures a deep, intuitive connection to facilitate the most effective healing experience for the recipient.

1. Setting Sacred Space
  • Cleanse yourself and your space with smoke (copal, palo santo, sage) or sound (drumming, rattles, singing). However you feel called to cleanse your electromagnetic field.
  • Call in your helping spirits, ancestors, or guides for protection and assistance.
  • Set a clear intention for the journey, such as: “I intend to assist [name] in releasing stored trauma and transmuting it into healing and wholeness.”
2. Connecting to the Recipient
  • Tune into the person’s energy field through visualization, using a photo, name, or their energetic presence.
  • Establish a spiritual link, imagining a golden thread connecting your heart to theirs.
  • Ask their higher self for permission to work on their behalf. If you sense resistance, honor it and adjust accordingly.
3. Journeying to Retrieve and Transmute Trauma
  • Use rhythmic drumming, rattling, or chanting to shift your awareness into an altered state.
  • Travel to the Lower World or Middle World, where trauma is often stored. Ask your guides to show you where energy is stuck in the recipient’s body or field.
  • You might see dark spots, feel heavy energy, or sense emotions lodged in specific places. Trust your intuition.
  • Use extraction techniques:
    • Imagine pulling out dense energy and offering it to fire, water, or compassionate spirits for transmutation.
    • Use feathers or your hands to “comb” the energy field and release stuck trauma.
    • Envision a vortex of light clearing and neutralizing the old wounds.
4. Soul Retrieval and Infusion of Healing
  • If trauma caused soul loss, ask your guides to retrieve lost soul fragments.
  • When found, cradle the soul piece in your hands, bathe it in golden light, and gently blow it back into the recipient’s heart or crown.
  • Infuse them with healing energy—golden light, divine love, or the essence of an element that supports their restoration.
5. Closing the Healing and Integration
  • Thank your guides, the elements, and the person’s higher self.
  • Gently disconnect your energetic link, ensuring their field is sealed with light and protection.
  • Ground yourself by drinking water, touching the earth, or deep breathing.
  • Encourage the recipient to rest, hydrate, and integrate the healing over the next few day

To perform distance healing through transmutation of chakras, you can blend Mayan and Daoist elements with shamanic journeying to clear trauma, activate energy flow, and transmute dense energy into healing light.
